"I currently work at Rock&Roll, I wouldn’t enroll my child here. We’re short staff. The lunch our kids receive is a small portion and is nasty and the children continue to asks for more lunch we spoke up about it nothing has been done they treat the teachers here with zero to no respect if we have concerns about the center it takes months on in to get anything done. Since the beginning of the school year we haven’t had hot waters all throughout 527-535-and 580 building and the dishwasher has been broken for 2 months now still isn’t fixed they also know about the mice dropping and roaches we’ve found and reported still nothing being done. they know about teachers giving the kids food that they brought from outside knowing that’s not acceptable but the bosses love to play favorites and still do nothing about it. The amount of money this daycare costs to enroll your child is ridiculous and they could use that money to fix up the place and provide good lunches, heating, and maintenance in there."

"I used to work here as music instructor and really reeaaally loved my time there! Sadly, I have to leave for personal medical reasons, but I really miss all the crew and all my babies!"

"I do not recommend. This company feels like a "company." They hire young teachers instead of experienced ones. Turnover is pretty high, and it's clear that some of the teachers treat this just as a job for the paycheck, as opposed to a career that they have genuine interest in. We were not there long before we took our child to another nearby daycare that was much better."

"Teachers are great, hard-worker and incredibly dedicated to the care of our children. The recent administration has also greatly improved over the last year and it's making a lot of processes and communication much smoother. Our kids love JAMI RRDC and we recommend it to your children as well!"

"Our kid has been attending Rock and Roll East Cambridge since he was 7 months old and we love it! All the staff are incredibly sweet, caring and patient. The teachers are experienced and treat the kids like their own babies. The director is very sweet and always helpful in answering any questions we have. Everyone is truly the best. Our baby had a tough time adjusting, and they were all so wonderful in taking care of him and helping him get used to daycare, as well as calming our worries. They were (and continue to be) very responsive, understanding, and collaborative in taking care of him, and we are so grateful for them! Now that he's a bit older, our kid loves going to daycare and we're always delighted by all the fun activities he does during the day. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!"
