"Terrible response for customer service. Requested confirmation on pricing as discussed and where to send payment to. Then he stopped responding and when I followed up on the cost agreed to of $135 here is what he sends when I followed up to send pmt to: “Lol” “Yes, stinger putter $135. Or go somewhere else if you like.” We get 40 custom orders a day and about 100 requests. Sorry for not an immediate response” I only asked to confirm the $135 and where to send pmt to. That’s how you lose business folks!! Then he proceeded to tell me I’m now banned and blocked! Because after his response I told him he should hire more people if he can’t handle the demand. His covers aren’t worth as much as his ego thinks they are. Don’t get into business if you can’t handle customer service as well. Clearly by other reviews on here. Did I mention I was also going to be a returning customer after my first cover, but now he won’t get a single $$$ and I don’t recommend anyone eating there time or money on them with so many other options in that price range. He only gets 1 star because you have to select 1 to post a review"

"The leather is nice. That is the only kind remark I can leave. Items were over a month late. Poor communication, owner of the company emailed for confirmation to check on my order, told me it would ship on a the following Tuesday. Didn't see them for another two weeks. But, not only were they late, they arrived incorrectly, after he confirmed the order in email. Completely the wrong color, Highlighter yellow vs. Lime green, it's a pretty clear difference. To top it off, extremely rude from the owner Rob Touchette. I never leave nasty remarks, but you should take you business elsewhere. And I could've exchanged them, except in another lousy move they make you pay for additional shipping, even though it is their mistake. And chances are I'd never see them again. Thanks for overcharging, over promising and severely underdelivering. I should've looked at the BBB reviews and google reviews before I placed the order."

"Ordered 2 headcovers for Christmas in late November. Nothing custom or personalized that would require a special order. Order didn’t arrive til mid to late January. Sent multiple emails asking for updates that went unanswered. Decided to cancel order because items were so delayed. Still no acknowledgement of emails. Eventually threatened to go through credit card company and finally got a response saying items were shipped in mid January. Still desired to cancel order so once items arrived they were not opened and shipped back. Was only granted a refund for 1 headcover. Sent more emails to figure out why a full refund wasn’t granted and to ask them to check inventory. These went unanswered also. No comment on quality of headcovers because I never laid eyes on them. Very poor experience with communication, shipping speed, and customer service."
