"My experience is with the construction/rebuild side only, as we had another company do the water remediation from a bathroom flood. I got put in touch with PDR through the State Farm preferred contractor program and was happy with them throughout the process. While the work got delayed by a month due to State Farm, Jeremy B. (project manager) and Steve with AES Construction were quick to get in and get the work done once State Farm got their act together. Jeremy was highly responsive to emails and ensured all of our questions were answered, and was great on working with us to find building materials (tile, LVP flooring) that would work with our allowance and preferences. Steve with AES construction was fantastic - his finished product is beautiful, and he was very personable and made sure to check in on selections before moving on to the next phase (paint color, stain color, etc.). Steve did a good job of cleaning up after the job and I think went above and beyond what our expectations were. Also wanted to give kudos to Cassandra as well - always so nice, caring, and patient when communicating with her. All around, I was really impressed with PDR from start to finish, and would recommend them to anyone I know."

"Please read ALL, as I wish I could leave this review for Mitigation ONLY, as I do not want my 5 stars to indicate a wonderful experience with the entire company, solely with Brandon Robinson and his crew. Please note 2 reviews below, as the company has two portions within it: Mitigation (which was incredible) and Reconstruction (which was not). I leave 5+ stars for working with the Mitigation portion of the company; the crew that worked at my home, led by Brandon Robinson, was amazing! Brandon came to my home to see and discuss water damage, and then explained how he & his crew would mitigate. The first mitigation company who worked at my house did a terrible job, actually creating more work for Brandon's team when they came aboard. Brandon took the time to clearly break down the process for me, such that I knew what to anticipate and when each step would happen. Brandon was so responsive with my questions during the entire process, and he has continued to communicate with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I am very grateful for working with him; he is a true asset to the company. I leave only 1 star for my frustrating experience with the reconstruction portion of the company."

"Paul Davis, specifically Brandon and his team, were an absolute pleasure to work with. He and each member of the team were punctual and very professional throughout the entire remediation project. Brandon's understanding of what it is to have your home damaged by water added a personal touch. The area was cleaned every day and was left in pristine rebuild condition upon the completion of the demo work. We highly recommend the Company and Brandon for your remediation project. Beyond the on-site team, our experience with the entire administrative staff was extremely professional and responsive regarding all aspects from contract preparation to invoicing and payment. A AAA rating for all. It means alot when you have a water/mold problem to work with such a professional contractor. Thank you!!!"

"The Paul Davis Restoration of Southern NH Team gave exemplary customer service and repair during a very worrisome ordeal when my house flooded. From the initial contact, they were at my house accessing the best course of action within 2 hours. From here they set up the equipment to dry the house and save as much as possible. Once the house had been wrung-out, they scheduled the required trades and selective demo within the week. Special shoutout to Brandon and Jake, who answered all questions I had. (Which were a lot!) Brandon ensured that I was supported both with making sure the schedule that he had put forth was adhered to and that the insurance company was responding. If you have any emergency needs, Paul Davis is my recommendation without hesitation. I hope to work with them in the future, though under different circumstances!"
