"I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. Both the owner and front desk associate were rude and unprofessional. I was treated like an inconvenience and with zero respect whatsoever. I ask a question and am put on hold 3 times and question still unanswered, I asked to be transferred to somebody who could give me the information I wanted the tone of voice I got back was completely unnecessary. Collision places should expect to be dealing with people on high stress sistuation because 9 times out of 10 you were just in a car accident or somebody damaged your property some other way so some kindness, patience, consideration would be great. You guys are getting people on their worst days and can't even manage to show an ounce of compassion. I sincerely felt that all that was cared about was financial gain. The impression I got was very cold. I am extremely unsatisfied and would give 0 stars if I could! Don't go through them because in MY opinion: they just want to get as much as they can from us and on to the next one."
