"Jay arrived at 8:15 AM. He and partner completed install and cleanup by 3:00 PM. Install looks good. Waiting on electricians to complete wiring and fire up new furnace. I became concerned about whether or not electricians would complete job today. They arrived when I asked Jay about them. New vent pipe cement emits pungent odor throughout my house and I expect it to diminish after furnace goes online. I highly recommend Murphy’s HVAC."
"Very quick turn around for my first appointment after my water heater broke. However, have been impossible to schedule follow up appointments with. Seems to be a breakdown in their scheduling system, but the way it works is you get transferred to someone on their service team who never seems to be available, you leave a voice mail which they never respond to and then call back in again to start the whole process again. Very frustrating. 5 stars for when you can actually get them over, but that's the easy part."

"Excellent Service ! Scheduled the work in a timely manner. Josh the Technician great, kept me informed of his and abreast of what was wrong with our generator and what needed to be done to get it back in service. When he was finished he gave a call to let me know the generator was once again working as it should. This is the second time now that Murphy Services has helped me out of a jam. They are great."
