That really chafed though, was the guys attitude, he would not admit anything was wrong and kept blaming me for operator error. I bike regularly and know not to cross gears etc. it’s a volume business and unfortunately not service oriented. An avoidable experience that impacted our holiday experience in an otherwise blissful holiday."
