"I can't say enough good things about my experience with Adam & Sons! I take pride in being able to do things myself. I've been trying to fix my tractor with idling issues for a few months now and I finally got discouraged to the point of bringing it to the professionals. I called on a Saturday and they picked up on the second ring. I explained what was going on and the nice lady on the phone said I could drop it off anytime. I showed up, unloaded the tractor and the mechanic came right out to talk to me. Instead of taking my name and waving goodbye, he went through it with me right then and there in the rain. Instead of trying to charge me an arm and a leg, knowing I had tried, failed, and given up. He explained in detail what needed to be done and that with the work I had done so far he thought I could handle the job myself! He then helped me load the tractor back into my truck, shook my hand and wished me well. His son who had arrived at that point, gave me even more advice and sincerely offered that if I had any questions at all while I was doing the work not to hesitate to call. These are the people we need more of in the world. Honest people, who have made a career out of genuinely wanting to help others! I can tell you with absolute certainty if I need any small engine work in the future I will be reaching out to Adam & Sons, and I recommend them to anyone reading this."
"Bought a new Toro mower last season and was not able to start it from the beginning. After endless hassle of contacting the company for warranty I gave up and went to Adam & Sons for repair. Turns out that I made a silly mistake and they quickly correct it. Adam is very nice and teach me how to properly use the machine as well, which is very helpful since this is my first mower. Price is reasonable."
