"Horrible experience - would give zero stars if I could. I have never had a professional enter my house and be so rude to me in my life. I was completely taken aback especially being a single woman in the house alone with him. He blew me off twice when I was given 3 hour time windows to sit at home and the third time he arrived rude as could be. He actually said (with no smile or joking demeanor) “I don’t even want to be here right now” and “I don’t even want to fix this”. I couldn’t believe it. Also, it was the second time he came out to fix his work and the repair didn’t work again. Another company was hired to do the job correctly and finally was fixed! Avoid at all costs!"
