Dealing with my 2012 Honda he went above and beyond dealing with numerous obstacles that my car presented. Service manager was kind and explained the issues and why it was taking longer than expected. Trustworthy place to bring your car. Excellent people who do excellent work."

"HORRIBLE Service. Don't waste your time here. Booked an appointment online for tire rotation and wheel alignment. Got a call from the store mentioning no appointments available that day. then after moved it to next day. arrived on time. The front desk lady checked in. After some time, got an email notification for a work order that indicated an oil change and a tire rotation. When asked, they told me it's what the system says. on top of that, they cannot do the wheel alignment since the machine is broken. Could have told me that when they called to change and confirm the appointment or at the time of checking in. Instead of that, try to SCAM people by providing non-requested services."

"I own a brand new car and have been going to Firestone now for 10 years. Allot of my vehicles are warranted. However you still need basic oil changes ecct. They are one of the most busiest shops around if not the busiest. There service is fantastic!! Make sure you book ahead of time!!!"
