Well no one else touched it other than them. They are hacks. I wouldn't go to them ever again. You have been warned."

Instead of simply removing the pan as is standard procedure, holes were cut for access without our knowledge. This has resulted in oil leaking and staining as well as leaving the underside vulnerable to water and road debris. This is absolutely unacceptable, avoid even an oil change here at all costs.
