Last conversation I had was a man saying he would do RESEARCH on the problem and then call MY number to give me any update. I even asked to leave a voicemail if I did not answer. He said he would let me know. That follow up call never happened, nor did a call asking to pick up my car, resulting in nothing done to my car and it sitting there for a week. Never had a problem up until now."
