"GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Stopped by to schedule minor suspension work on my GTI. Erica was welcoming and very knowledgable with cars. Marconi himself came out front just to make sure that the shop could do the job. Scheduled a week out. Dropped the car off first thing in the morning. Marconi gave me keys to a loaner car (a huge service for a his customers). Erica gave me a courtesy call an hour-in to let me know everything was going smoothly. Car was ready shortly after that. The work done came out exactly how I wanted it. Price was more than reasonable, especially factoring in loaner car and great customer experience. Highly recommended. 5 stars."
