Plaster Fun Time

"Horrible place to host a children’s party. I booked my daughters party months in advance and decided to cancel. I was assured that I would be refunded the $50 deposit. I never received it so I would call weekly for almost 3 months. Sometimes the wrong person wasn’t available so they would ask that I call back. I have voicemails suggesting they would be refunding me. No refund. I finally disputed the charge with my bank and Plaster Fun Time provided documentation to prevent the refund. This is wrong and I will next be escalating this to a Mass consumer agency on principal. You don’t tell a customer for 3 months that you’ll refund them, don’t do it, and then dispute their refund via their bank. Unprofessional and just wrong. Edited to respond to the owners: I have voicemails confirming the refund to be posted within 3-5 business days. If you all had advised me of no refund, I would’ve understood the penalty and let it go. But, instead, you all gave me the run around and assured me so many times that I would receive it. I was more than assured I was within the cancellation window as the first time I reached out was days after booking. The response from the organization is indicative of how awful this place is ran. Clearly in error I was assured of a refund and that should’ve just been communicated. And, Im not engaging in fraud. Actually, you all are. I wish I could post the VM transcriptions here. I’ve never once been told I wouldn’t be refunded. Also, my daughters birthday is in May 2024 and I booked the reservation in October and cancelled it in October. If your location is struggling so much that you’re stealing from customers, maybe you should just close the location."

"This is such a excellent place for hosting a kids birthday party. We did it for our 5 year old and he and his 18 friends had absolute party. The host, Daniel is a gem and the company should seriously consider making a model for others. She executed our party with such a discipline and fun that everyone including adults had time. We had zero issues and all our guest loved it. Couldn't have asked for me. Thank you for making my son's birthday so special."

"Super fun place for kids. A bit expensive but worth it. There are all types of kid’s characters like Iron man, Black man, Barbie girl, Paw Patrol etc., that can be picked and paint them. Kid friendly staff and great time pass."
