"I needed my oil pan and rear brake cylinders replaced and came to Paxton Auto for a second opinion. As a young woman, I'm always skeptical of auto repair shops because I've been burned in the past. I'm so glad I brought it to Paxton Auto. I was quoted and paid less than half of what I was quoted at the first repair shop, which is closer to the city where I work. Paul was so nice, and when I went to pick up my car and asked him how I could schedule my annual inspection, he said he could do it on the spot, even though it was past closing time and snowing. "I literally created this account just to leave a review. Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with any auto service. Management was extremely rude from the first second in the door, very dismissive and belittling if you have any questions or really anything to say at all. It’s a shame small local businesses like this treat the people who keep them open as if they’re business isnt appreciated and expendable. If you don’t want to deal with people find a new business. I’d leave zero stars if I could."
