Dan Donovan was SUPER responsive - 1) getting back to me about my initial inquiry 2) showing up on time - 3) getting a quote out - 4) getting the work done by Chris and Dave! It was a real pleasure dealing with the entire company! Lauren and Tracy work in the office. When I called, they relayed a message to Dan, and he got back to me asap! "Saved my butt on an emergency call. My renters have a newborn and the hot water tank was leaking & needed replacement. They surprisingly came the same day and got everything running again! "After a burst pipe Donovan was here immediately although it was late Saturday afternoon. I got a temporary fix and was able to get my water turned back on and stay at my home. Monday they sent a crew to do a permanent fix. So grateful. Photos are temporary repair and broken pipe."

He was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had water spots on our ceiling and he identified the problem and fixed it in an hours time. I would not call anywhere else.
