"They came and did my annual service on my mother’s boiler and a day later the boiler wasn’t working and she had no heat or hot water. I called first thing in the morning and he called me back 3 hours later and instead of coming out to check the boiler or making a time to do so he wanted me to troubleshoot over the phone. I just wanted someone to cone out and check it over to make sure it was safe for my mother and he would not. I had to get another company to come and fix what they wouldn’t. I will never use or call them again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!"
