Opportunity to "test drive" any in which we are interested on various carpets and flooring samples. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly sales service from Jing, the owner, who was more intent on finding a good match for our needs and stated price range than on upselling us or in just having us make a quick decision. Then spent extra time explaining the features and proper way to use and maintain it after we made the purchase. Best appliance buyer experience in many years.
