I would recommend this fine team of workers: Collin Cheek, the Project Manager; Carol Moran, Project Coordination Specialist, and the install team Jeff, Chase, Jordan, and Jack. From the initial visit with Collin to the install everything went as scheduled. The install team was prompt, efficient, polite and instructed me on the operation of the mini-splits. "The folks at Western Mass Heating and Cooling installed a new heating and hot water system for us when we purchased our new (old) home. From the quote to the install, they were reliable, professional, and fair. However, the main reason I would recommend their services is for their follow-up. We had issues with a factory hot water tank failing (multiple times) and even though it was neither convenient nor profitable for the company, they did not give up until we had a long-term solution. Their commitment to the quality of their products and services stands out in how they manage tricky situations like ours. "W Mass HVAC installed new Heat pump and A/C units for our entire Condominium Association which consists of 4 units in an old two story house built around 1830. We had old gas furnaces and converted them to heat pumps. I received a few quotes and found W Mass HVAC to be the most detailed and professional quote. We worked with Lauren Harris, the project manager and he was very knowledgeable, responsive , and helpful. The work was scheduled in a very timely way and all 4 units were done within 4 days. The installation team was very efficient and professional. They arrived on time every day and by the end of each day completely cleaned up the work area. The install team ( Jeff, Nick, Brendan, Jordan, Mike , Jack and Isaiah) were all very professional, informative and did excellent work. Carol the project coordinator specialist was also very helpful in handling paperwork for warranties and applications to Mass Save. I highly recommend working with W Mass HVAC."

"This is my third time purchasing HVAC equipment from Western Mass Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. This time I had the pleasure to work with Collin who worked on the project of installing a new heat pump system. The quote he gave me was detailed and clear. He informed me of the installation date and time. A few days before the installation date I received a follow up email from Carol to confirm. The installation team: Ben, Cody and Michael showed on the scheduled day at 7:00AM as planed. Later on the electrician, Bob joined them. Each of them is a specialist in its field. Ben orchestrated the show in a professional manner and answered all my questions. To my satisfaction, they finished in the early afternoon, as planned. No missing tools or equipment. Very efficient, and professional!!!! KUDOS!!!!! I think it worthwhile telling that a friend of mine worked with a different company on his 6 years old furnace. He was told that his furnace has to be replaced dew to a gas leak. I told him to call WMHCP for a second opinion. So he did, a representative checked it and found no evidence for any leak. Honesty and standing behind their workmanship is an important key in doing business. I’ll be back working with you on the forth system."
