It seemed obvious that there was a serious problem, the rear of the vehicle was bouncing sideways with every bump, immediately after the dealership did an alignment. They declined to look at it when I brought it back. I went to Duncan's to have them take a look, and they found a broken bolt about to fall out, and fixed it. "10/10 Highly recommend, Duncan's came through for me when my Audi had just flashed a dash indicator that the coolant had leaked during the commute to work, and my car was about to shutdown. Someone at work recommended them, and I was able to get my car there. When I walked in, they immediately spoke with me at the front desk. They were so friendly, and understanding of what had just happened(lost my ability to get to work). They made time to look at my car immediately that same day, helping me to get back on the road as soon as possible. This is an automotive shop that truly cares!
