"I found a jacket listed for $200 at this goodwill. That is unacceptable and unaffordable. Clearly this goodwill cares only about money and not about charity. The man working was very rude and yelled at another worker multiple times right in front of us! I’ve gone multiple times and the other workers have been very friendly."
"I am happy to donate items, however any future donations will be to any location other than Biddeford. Twice now I have dropped off items and the older man taking items has been extremely rude and aggressive. Not one ounce of friendliness in his interaction with me. I will no longer support the Biddeford location. Not everyone is cut out for customer service. It's a challenging position and not for the hot headed."
