"Thankyou Store manager Amanda who took the time and was generous in providing gas filled baloons for my granddaughter's successful birthday party. Having been an FD store manager I really appreciate the struggle of people like her in providing great service dispite the challenge of maintaining a store with one cashier and no add'l help to put away tons of delivered merchandise. Thanks to the limited budget afforded these stores. Shamefull way to burnout great tallent!!"

"I love the store, price and variety and staff is very nice, but they need to keep their hours correct on web site. I went yesterday and web site said open nut they were closed and sign said closed open as soon as possible. Web page says open today but I called and got a message that said Dollar General, leave a message and that was it. Also they need to keep the aisles clean and wagons out of them as my 2 adult daughters cant go in because its too hard to move around in wheel chairs."

"The place was so hard to get around. So much merchandise that needed to be unpacked cluttering the isles. I only saw one employee and it was the cashier. She was incredibly pleasant so she gave it the third star. Otherwise I would have scored a 1. This was first experience at a dollar general. Are other DG like this? I hope not."

"They always have very clean floors and have everytjing they sell usually in stock bit what I've found about dollar General is yes they have lower prices on items you buy normally for more but the thing is that they give you LESS of the actually product like let's say ; trash bags I was wicked pleased with the price till I got home n saw that I got no deal because actually u don't save at all I had to go sooner my next trip to get more trash bags ...so don't go there if your looking to actually save but it's a good place to go if you just need something quick and don't care about prices. Also the prices on lighters are very expensive and poor quality it lasted half the life a normal lighter would it quit working before I even got to refill it. And the stores layout not a place for claustrophobic people it's very cramped up n stuffy"
