"I really dislike giving bad reviews because I know how hard it is to run a business. My experience wasn't great and that doesn't mean everyone else's would be the same. Scheduled a chimney clean and was booked 2 months out. When they arrived, they didn't realize that they needed a ladder to do the cleaning (mind you, this was in the fall, no snow was on the ground). They stated that they would go back to the shop and call me for a reschedule. After no calls for two weeks, I tried multiple attempts and they didn't return my calls. I live in a standard colonel house one town over. The issue then was that everyone else was booked until spring so I am now stuck. I would say to book them if they can clean your chimney from the inside and i'm sure it will be a great job, but they left me hanging pretty bad on this one."
