"they have so many amazing store brands. super well built. the clover valley brand is amazing food! they have better prices than Walmart at least 50% of the time, especially if you use Dollar General app coupons or iBotta rebates!!!!! Love the huge selection of frozen and Shelf-stable foods. they had my favorite drinks when no other grocery store sold them. Snapple strawberry kiwi! they have the best prices on so many of my favorite foods, better than Amazon, the grocery stores, or Walmart!!! they have awesome store-brand pillows that I bought and which are knit-pillow top and thick and fluffy and absolutely amazing. only $10 each! they had my favorite Dial body wash when no else did. they have my favourite handsoaps and my favorite makeup tools. dollar general is absolutely amazing. the product line up is stellar and the prices are honestly unbeatable. I LOVE THE FROZEN SAUSAGE ROLL. u gotta buy it!!! best thing I've ever eaten. just slice off a thick slice and it makes an amazing breakfast Sandwich!!!"
"I enjoyed my trip to this store today. The staff were great and helpful! The only reason I gave a 4 star today, was due to them not having 1 of my items that I had driven there for, due to no fault of their own. Tab and Sunny, you are awesome! I hope Dollar General appreciates you both!!! I will come back to your store again. I used to go to Monmouth until they let one of their valuable employees go....Sad how corporations treat people sometimes!!! But still like this store and the employees too!"
"The employees at this store go above and beyond to help people out. I will always come here first to shop, mostly because of the amazing people that work here. There is also a great selection and good prices. One employee named Tabitha is absolutely amazing! My car died and she helped me out. Above and beyond"
"I have visited a number of Dollar Generals and this store is by far the best. The staff, even short-staffed, goes above and beyond to help their customers, with a smile. They work hard to keep their shelves stocked and their aisles clean, The entry is kept up with and the carriages are easily accessible. The manager, Tabitha, is always friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back."
