"A great experience as long as you arrive early, read signs, and stay considerate of others. When boarding, disembarking passengers come off, you go on, everybody's happy. Most importantly, don't be on the float when the boat arrives."

"On 8/2/22 my family encountered a rude and threatening employee at the satellite lot, also the bus driver, who went crazy when asked to accommodate a hearing-impaired senior citizen by simply speaking a bit louder. When confronted on his rudeness, my wife, myself, and my 83-year-old cousin were denied boarding and ordered off the lot under threat of the police being called. Against our advice my cousin boarded the bus anyway, refusing to be intimidated. She made it safely to the ferry. My wife and I parked at the ferry dock and we went on with our visit with family on the island. All the other employees we encountered were great, as usual. A complaint filed with the General Manager of CTC the next day was ignored. Very disappointed in a company we have used for years."
