"The moment I walked into the store Christine greeted me. Typically I absolutely hate shopping because I find it very overwhelming and complicated. Christine brought me to and pulled for me the exact pants I was looking for and set up a dressing room for me. Augusta helped me while in the fitting room and went and got me a longer version of one of the pants I was trying. Both of these ladies were incredibly attentive and helpful. They made my shopping experience absolutely incredible."

"Love their clothing! However their return policy seems to get worse and worse. I ordered online and went to bring back to store. My receipt was expired and because the majority of my clothing was now marked down to "clearance" she couldn't do anything for me. I had to take all the clothing back that didn't fit! Couldn't even give me a merchandise credit for lowest selling price. She "courtesy exchanged" 3 of the items but I had to go find things that minute. It will make me think twice before buying a bunch of stuff online. Not to mention, I believe she was a manager had zero personality."

"Had a credit for $29.99. Bought three things and payed an extra $3.43. I went to return them all and exchange them for something else that was $29.99. Said they could only return two items so to find something for $25 and then $5 for the one other item. Should have gotten $3.43 back but instead I paid more money. Ripoff. Do not shop here. Awful customer service."
