"Watching your plow truck tailgate, and try to pass people from town center to Anthony's food stop was the highlight of my day. I was impressed that they were able to save it when they spun out trying to miss a car that was making a left turn. I get it that labor is tight and you can't fire bad drivers but I hope you have great insurance. They also have a plow light out. About 2 pm Sunday during snow storm,. You should be able to find the driver unless your fleet has multiple lights out."

"We used them this summer. Had them cut near the stairs because it was over growing and because they never did when it's part of the front lawn. Just a simple weed wack and when they finally did it they added $25 to the bill. Another issue we had was they never cut the top of the hill in our yard and when they finally did they charged us for a storm clean up. We called patten and asked why he said he listens to what his guys say and charges what they worked. So let me tell you we watched these guys and 99% of the time they stand there until they wanna work"
