"We took our cars here for inspection and my truck failed. I was told I needed two tires (which I suspected) and that the idler arm and pitman arm were bad. Since I have a great warranty I declined the repairs they wanted to do and took it to Chevy. Chevy said the idler arm and pitman arm were perfect. It's interesting to me the Chevy dealer said they were good and did not need to be replaced."

"Purchased a vehicle from them and immediately ran into issues. One being the fact that I went through two sets of tires within 6 months. I went into Lloyd’s and he refused to come out and talk to me. Christine had an attitude the entire time (she runs on anxiety and anger almost every interaction) she ended up taking 100 out of her own wallet and threw it at me. I regret bringing my business there and will never step foot back there. Especially after reading all their replies to these comments, WOW. The absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever seen. How are these people still in business?!?"

"Very honest and trustworthy, from the minute I walked in I felt like someone actually genuinely cared about helping me and making sure we go what we need. They made it very quick and easy and we left the same day with a car. We got a 2015 Kia and couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the whole situation. The price was great and I didn't feel like I was being over charged. I feel great about my purchase and I am so happy we went there to talk to them. The woman who works the desk is a wonderful woman. She was awesome from the second we walked in and helped us every step of the way. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thank you all so much for everything you guys have done. I'll never buy a vehicle anywhere else. If anyone needs a good used vehicle but your sick of getting ripped off and you just don't know who to trust anymore.
