"Purchased a used Regulator and the sale end of it was great thank you Greg. An issue came up with the starboard lower unit during the survey; the repair was done and then the lower unit blew and Oyster Harbors did not stand behind their work. Also poor customer customer service on behalf of Jay the service manager. As it took 3 weeks to finally get an answer from him! I was told by my mechanic that the bearing went! So with less than 10 hours on the repair I feel that a dealer of that caliber should have stood behind the product they repaired and sold. Maybe you have to spend 500k plus to get that kind customer service! Steve F."

"This is my first season dealing with Oyster Harbor Marine. I work for a family that purchased a boat from them. From the time I first arrived at the yard to pick the boat up, the Oyster Harbors crew have been nothing but professional, polite and extremely accommodating. "Very bad experience! I was interested in buying a 36 Egg Harbor. I contacted John Bibeau. I asked specifically if the boat was in good condition. He answered yes. It cost me over $1000.00 to fly and rent a car to see this boat. Upon initial inspection I found that the engine stringer was completely rotted. When I told him what I found, he responded that he was aware. He should have told me when I asked him about the boat. He wasted his time and mine as well. I consider this very unscrupulous and dishonest. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM!!!"
