"Today I was in the store and had terrible service. I was looking for lingerie for myself, and a lady from the store came to ask me if I wanted help finding my size. She looked me up and down and told me that in that store I wouldn't find anything for me and nothing in my size. I even had two clothes to try on and she took the clothes and put them back. It was a horrible experience and I left there crying! We go to these stores to feel good but we are treated poorly by the people who work there. I hope they do something about it."

"I’m definitely a shopper of pink and Victoria’s Secret. I was in Massachusetts today and I ended up stopping at the mall because they was having a sale. When I went to the register the girl asked me if I wanted to apply for credit card. I said no because I recently applied and I got denied but she insisted. I was just like Fine. The Associate was determined that I was going to get it and I kept saying no I wasn’t all of a sudden It came back that I was approve. I am glad that she convinced me to apply. Thank you and I’m sorry I don’t know your name, but she was a Spanish lady long black hair. You are greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work!!!"

"Last time I went They were closing in 10 minutes. But the lady was super nice and let me grab as much as I could in 10 mins. I usually shop online but I don't like how the sizes run and everything is cropped so I decided to go to the actual store. I Still got another $150.00 so I think I'll go back. But as most of you already know it's a little expensive I bought a hooded sweatshirt, joggers, and a thermal long sleeve dress. Everything was on sale And I used a $30 off $100 coupon and it still cost $83.00"

"I was loving this Victoria Secret for a while, but I think it's going downhill now. Depending on the day, you might be able to walk in and shop in peace without running into a single store associate. Other days, you have to constantly avoid running into store associates who are hounding you about their store credit card. The deals to get a credit card are absolute trash. $15 dollars off $100? What a joke. No thanks. I used to buy all my leggings here because I adored the styles, but now it's all garage. They haven't had any good leggings for almost a year, so now I'm going to have to find another company to buy leggings from. It's super disappointing. They also have the worst thongs I've ever seen. Years ago, I bought my favorite thongs here. Now they don't even sell anything similar to them anymore. Just uncomfortable strings. Another disappointment. The only reason I shop here is for the fragrances. My favorite fragrance (Confetti Flower) was discontinued and I'm so sad. You might like what's here. Make your own judgements. I'm losing faith in this place."
