"I'm writing this out of frustration seeing him rip off my neighbor. All she wanted was inspection. There was a little leak ,new about but specifically said do not do anything to car unless gets a call that's number 1. So answer should of been a yes or no answer. Said all needed was that transmission pan needs be replaced but everything was good to go. 100.00 for that! Wth said put transmission fluid in it, without calling mind you and she said she had some in trunk if needed. So days later part was fixed so a.l he would have to do is check that right? Well now said no again now some tie rod b's that was supposedly fine... bottom line he took 100 dollars for NOTHING nNOTCHING."

"We used this business and he told my significant other it was going to be 1200 for brakes and an oil change and then he put on a 25.00 for misc charges. After all was said and done it was 2,855.00. Complete rip off and also cash only and the labor charge was 872.00. He also took his time with the car"

"Absolutely rude behavior from the owner. We are not local, found him on Google, car needed back brakes. He convinced me that we should have the front done too. He charges in $600 increments. He changed another part without permission. Never told me about his”cash only” policy. Now I have a $1800 bill, he won’t take a check or credit card and my nearest bank is in Portsmouth N.H. Run away from this scammer!"

"If I could give this shop zero stars I would. We came clear across country to work. We were decieved by this man and his employee. We asked them to take our car to the shop to fix it no matter the cost just fix it so it runs right. We get it back they tell us it was the starter it ran for 2 days and will no longer run. There are wires hanging from the starter I paid $200 for and the will not give me a receipt for said starter. They have a sign that says ASE certified so I feel he should have to stand by his work. After paying $350 all said and done our car should be running. If anyone knows what I can do about this shop please respond"

"Exceptional customer service, work, and prices. While on a day trip to Maine my car broke down. They took me right in. Ordered the part which couldn't be delivered til the next morning. They drove me and my family to a local hotel. They called the next morning to tell me that my car was ready and that they would pick me up to get it. The price was more than fair. They were wonderful during a very stressful time"
