"Great customer service very polite too. Unfortunately, it's not exactly what is advertised on their website. They do a scan of your fit, but they don't do much with that information. Essentially all I learned is that I have high arches. Also, very good at selling their products. Bought 60-dollar shoe inserts and I hated them. Too bad I threw the box out. I don't think it's much different than footlocker or other shoe retailers. I would go again though."
