"The hours are the correct hours, they’re closing early when they aren’t supposed to by law. Today is Friday, they’re supposed to be open until 2 am and I know they’re going against opening hours protocol because sometimes they’d be open around12, 1 on Fridays and sometimes they wouldn’t. I’ve experienced it. Idk what be going on, but either you guys need to update the hours online or you’ll get reported for this. You don’t know where ppl are coming from and how far they are driving just because it says online you guys are open when you aren’t. This is very bad for business and not a good look."

"Unoriginal and not unique glass. Literally the same stupid mass produce glass you can find in any cheap gas station. Sad to see the low quality pieces there compared to their Ithaca store which truly sees glass blowing as the art it is with one of a kind unique local pieces. This Albany store is the farthest from that though, with low quality mass produce stamped pieces. I don’t know why I expected more from this shop."
