"Excellent customer service!!! Huge shout out to Chuck thank you for your help today. I stopped by Plymouth county powersports because I was having problems bleeding the brake for Tao Tao pit bike. I meet Chuck. I explained to him I was having problems bleeding the rear brakes and it's a 9 year old Birthday party tomorrow and I'm trying to get it fixed before then. Chuck jumped right in the back of my truck and showed me what was wrong with the brakes. I had the part to fix it so Chuck swapped the part out bleed the brakes and said NO CHARGE!!! I will bring all my bikes to him from now on. Looking forward to going back after school and gearing up little man with a helmet and gear. I will highly recommend Plymouth county powersports to my friends and family. Thanks again"

"I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Chuck over at Plymouth county power sports. This is a guy who goes above and beyond for his customers. The customer service I received over there was excellent, they have a really nice establishment with some experienced technicians. I’ll be back for any more work I need done on my SxS and I appreciate the work they’ve done for me!!"

"The secretary doesn't listen very well so you had better review the work ordered!!! Pricing is hyper inflated so be prepared to dig deep, example, I was just charged $240 for fluid replacement for transmission, front & rear differentials even though I supplied the fluids and removed the underneath panel (don't know its name) myself. The tech told me all he did was drain and replace the fluids cleaned the plugs and reinstalled the panel that I had previously removed. To the owners (Chuck) credit, he thought this was odd so he chopped off $40 still, i'd have expected a maximum charge of $80. The bill reflects a 2 hour labor charge which equates to $120 per hour. Does it really take 2 hours to perform the work noted above? All said, I got my vehicle in & out fast and the work was well done. I've no issue with money so, admittedly, I'm pieved and will do this job myself next time. If I ever have a major issue I've no doubt this company can do the job competently, I just think I'll bring it to a competetetor that will do it for a reasonable rate."

"Had my ATV repaired here twice in the past few months. Both jobs were done quickly, efficiently, and cheaper than I expected them to cost. The pick up/delivery service also worked out great for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop. Thanks again Plymouth County!"
