"Had my snowblower for over 2 months without even taking a look at it. Kept telling me next week it will be serviced. I finally had enough and picked my machine up today and took it elsewhere. Try calling to reach anyone, you won’t. The rare time you can even leave a message results in no return call. Gave them 2 stars because the owner seems like a good guy, but stay clear if you want small engine work. For the record, something has changed at this business. In the past I had service done promptly and well done."

"I ordered a snowblower from Home Depot online and it was delivered through Cloutiers. The delivery went very smoothly. After a few snow storms with my new snowblower, a bolt fell out that was not supposed to have come loose. I contacted Cloutiers and they took care of me, replacing the bolt for free because it was not a failure that should have happened. I will be taking my snowblower to them for service in the future."
