"Not awesome to stop at a huge mall park take a long walk looking for a specific hat only to find that the store is locked and closed on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:30pm - no note on the door, waited around for a bit and nothing."

"I was disappointed with the lack of customer service at Natick location. We waited over 45 minutes for them to open on July 3, 2021, we left did some other shopping elsewhere came back 20 minutes later and they were opened. The young man working claims he was working in the warehouse out back which they don't have to small a store, why didn't he answer the phone or the knocking on the door if he was in the store???? Natick has definitely to the point of losing my business it is much more worth it to me to travel farther away for better customer service and a store that opens when is supposed to."
