Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I recently visited the Chipotle in Auburn, Maine, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered a burrito, eagerly anticipating a flavorful meal. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The burrito I received was not only cold but lacked the expected taste that I've come to associate with Chipotle. The tortilla itself was disappointingly cold, making the entire dining experience less enjoyable. It's disheartening when you look forward to a delicious meal and end up with something far from satisfying. All of this combined with poor customer service (nasty lady) has led me to this one star review. I hope this was just an isolated incident and not representative of the usual standard at this location. I believe in giving second chances, but my first impression leaves me hesitant to return anytime soon. Chipotle is known for its tasty offerings, and I hope the Auburn, Maine location can work on delivering the quality I've come to expect from this chain."

"The most disgusting restaurant ever, it was a mess everywhere. They didn't have sour cream or shredded cheese anywhere? Asked for pinto beans and and they put black beans on, wife corrected her. Some bins were empty of their food and she had to keep getting more and it wasn't even busy. I've never seen a burrito made in a salad bowl, see photo below for end result. Ultimately didn't eat our food but didn't want to be rude and ask for a refund. Waste of money!!!! We will never ever come here again."

"Would give a zero if allowed. As I pulled into the parking spot, a car with two girls parked next to me. It was 7:35pm on a Saturday night. Was told by the girl behind the counter that they were closed. I went to Firehouse Sub next door. Upon leaving the sub shop I saw the two girls leaving Chipotle with bags of food. They simply didn't want to serve me. That's fine, I'll never go into ANY Chipotle again."

"Store was completely disgusting. Food and trash everywhere, and the bathrooms... I was the first customer of the day and this is what they looked like, meaning it had been like that all night. Good God, skip this place if you have any sense about you."

"Good food. The people don't seem to want to actually work at this place. One worker walked by the counter that had the soda found in with the straws and the plastic ware and the covers and it was trashed, he even dropped a cup on the floor and continued to walk away. The tables were filthy. There was one girl that I thought was a customer that kept getting up and going out into the back room. She did not have a uniform on."
