Then have the wrong info, (Blamed it on the computer instead of the "technician" that actually looked at the truck).Then they tell me to just bring this vehicle a Ford garage. WOW. "I have to thank the team at Charlie’s for giving me such wonderful customer service while they had my car after an unfortunate car accident. While the repairs took about 5-6 weeks due to their abundance of jobs, and waiting on vendors they never kept me out of the loop on the timeframe. They also called me and let me know my rental with enterprise was expiring one day meaning I would have to pay out of pocket so to save me money they brought my enterprise rental back to enterprise for me and gave me a free rental through the rest of repair time, which let’s face it was really going above and beyond. The first rental they gave me (a brand new suv) suddenly had error codes so I went back and they swapped out the car no problem, and they couldn’t have known a sensor would go back so that’s no foul on their part, and still they were apologetic. And to top off everything my car was finished on a Friday after I worked a 12 hour overnight shift; I was exhausted and since they aren’t open weekends they let me keep the rental until Monday. I truly appreciate everything they did for me during this unfortunate time."
