"I don't know why businesses prefer to hire old, condescending, unfriendly female receptionists who couldn't be kind to a younger, female patron if they tried. I see this a lot, they are only kind and respectful to male patrons and it's despicable. I can do your job far better and with a smile on my face and kindness for every customer. I see your attitude and I raise you a lost customer and income "What makes you think it needs a tune up?" very condescending like. I'm not sure, maybe my small mind can comprehend such things since I am thirty-four and have owned more than twenty vehicles, maybe I just want one. Rude."
