"Terrible experiences here. Had my car serviced a couple days ago for an alignment along with replacing 2 tires. Got my car on the lift and they called me notifying me my left tie rod needed to be replaced and said the alignment would be pointless if I didn't. Funny because I had replaced my tie rod within the year. Needed my car this weekend (which they knew) so I stupidly told them to go ahead but save the old tie rod so I could show my mechanic. To make a long story short, I never got the old tie rod ($140) and a pair of brand new shoes and headphones were stolen from my car ($300). VIP has not offered me anything to remedy the situation. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF."

"Richard Bowen is a superb manager. He knows my name and warmly greets me when I come into the store. How often does that happen? Last week I discovered that my car's inspection was going to expire. I called and he got me in to have it checked out. I was surprised when there was no charge because I was a veteran. The next week I called with a problem with my truck's brakes. He got me in the next day and repaired the brakes for the price he originally provided in the estimate. Throughout the process he kept me up to speed on how the repair was progressing. I could not ask for more from a car-care facility. Richard ensures that his store provides 5 star service!"

"I had my girlfriends tires replaced and an alignment done here. First off they had to re-schedule because they were too far behind. No call just told when she arrived. Then they tried to do it again and said “that will take about 6 hours for 4 tires AND an alignment” now a month or so later and the front tires are low so I told her to bring it back. They said it was because she didn’t have “premium” air. Brand new tires should not be losing air, period. Charged her another $150 on top of the $1500 I spent on the tires and alignment. Never go here, especially if you’re a woman with little vehicle knowledge."
