"Terrible experience. Tried to tell me I needed pads And rotors when I just had them done and wanted upwards of 700. Just wanted an inspection and replace headlights and tail light bulbs which I brought with me charge me 10.00 because I brought my own headlights bulb and even though I had tail light bulb they wouldn't use it. 127.00 to change 2 bulbs and inspection. I will never take a vehicle there again. Took it to another garage and no repair needed for the brakes and got my sticker. I had just had rotors and brakes done for 350.00 i think they were trying to pull one over because I am a woman"

"I went in for a rear brake job and accidentally said the incorrect part. Once I got the bill, I realized what happened. Although there was nothing wrong with it the mechanic replaced it anyway with out double checking with me. I understand they have no duty or responsibility to contact me, I question why they didn’t? I had a rear brake job, oil change, tire rotation, and my bill was $1,496.46! The owner was kind enough to give me $200 back. I just wanted people to know my story so they can make their own decision to use this business or not. I guess I QUESTION the motivation behind replacing perfectly good parts?"

"Really wanted to trust these guys, have been going to them for close to a year for oil, tires , etc. recently my partner had a bad experience with them using a faulty oil filter which spewed oil all over her engine followed by a simple repair that after the fact another more trusted shop offered to do for 1/4 the price. Another reviewer said they’ve had lots of $1000 repairs and it seems to be a trend for us as well, was quoted $800 for a rear brake job that another shop will do for $350. The last straw just came, My truck was just under filled by 2 quarts during my most recent oil change had I not noticed it after my truck spewed some mystery blue smoke and checked the level I would have driven it for the next 5000 miles causing who knows what for extra wear and tear. Will not be going back, it’s a shame everyone seems nice, come off honest and take the time to explain the work needed to be done. It’s one thing to overcharge if your work is SOLID, but if the work is shoddy and you’re overpriced no thank you!"
