"This is actually the first and probably only time ever I shall be leaving a rating for anything. But, this time, it is truly warranted. It may have been just an oil change, but the service desk technicians were not only professional and proficient, but were also extremely knowledgeable and downright enjoyable to be around. The oil change itself was done efficiently and quickly. The bonus was leaving there in no time at all, chuckling as I walked out the door! Thanks for the smiles and the positive experience!"

"Learned a lot about VIP in my two visits, that they have a whole selection of tools that you can use and not have to buy as a courtesy to their customers. Plus I got the best tires I have ever owned. The guys working the department we're super fun and friendly and knew what I was looking for. They weren't the least expensive, however they price them extremely fairly to get my business and I knew the minute I drove down the road on them they were one heck of a tire. Thanks a lot I'll definitely be back."

"I went there to buy a gift card for someone. I didn't know you had to choose EITHER Service OR Parts, which made gift giving difficult. Sure would be nice if you could just buy a gift card for the store and call it a day. Nope. You have to anticipate what your recipient is going to spend it on, AHEAD OF TIME. It seemed to be a training moment when I walked in. No customers. There were 3 guys behind the counter, and one of them said they would help in a minute because there were issues happening. Issues get fixed by what appears to be the manager, and the next guy in command sells me the gift card. I go to leave, and Manager Guy informs NextInCommand that he didn't put the actual value on the card; he had only sold me the piece of plastic. I wonder if that happened before me, and went unchecked? That was my whole transaction. Not largely good or bad. Parking was available. It was easily accessible from Western Ave. Didn't have to wait in line. I wouldn't go there for service, based on past experiences with multiple VIP stores, but it served its purpose on this occasion."

"It was my first experience getting service done at VIP, and they were nothing but helpful, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of. They completed my services (inspection and oil change) very quickly, but also with great quality. Even though I know they were super busy, they took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. They even fixed my car key buttons without me asking (and at no cost) and I was super appreciative of this! I will definitely be coming back for future services."
