"The worse D&D I've EVER been to. Customer service is appalling, they always have issue with serving what's on the menu. I swear they shut off the machines and call them broken to avoid the work. I've been visiting D&D since I was 10, that 50 years and now I've called an end to this incompetence."

"I go there at a minimum 5 days a week always leave a nice tip because I know it’s a lot of work dealing with people who don’t have their coffee and can be difficult. That being said your in customer service and the woman behind the counter whom I’m assuming is a manger is nasty to her fellow employees. Short with customers and acts put out. I go there and still tip her to be nice. But yesterday when the espresso machine was still down so I ordered regular coffee and tipped her. My coffee was disgusting burnt and cold. That was one of those times when I wanted to forget my manners. Like you have a job it’s making coffee and you can’t even do that."

"Went in around 5ish tonight the girl did not say hello and was upset because she had to stop what she was doing to help me ...was rude when I asked for pumpkin because they no longer carry that flavor and then made my coffee with what they had..made my coffee and just handed it with no thank you or have a good night . come to find out she mad my coffee while wearing the same gloves she was cleaning the oven toaster with ... i tasted and smelt the cleaner on my coffee lid once I was back on the road ...the place is always dirty and the help had always seemed uncaring when i have gone nothing like being first in line and having it take ten minutes to get a cup of coffee because they were in the back office doing who knows what and not keeping a eye out for customers... i think its time to call the state department.... this place has been on my route but I'm probably safer going someplace else from now on"

"Upon being greeted, I asked about the 2 breakfast sandwiches for $5. She then went out back to ask someone else, confirmed that it was only bac egg n chz. Was not asked what bread, but instead she scanned my app and was told you owe 2 cents! I then asked if I could get that on English muffins, she looked at me like a deer in headlights and said but you just paid for that and I don't think I can change it. I asked if it was more than the croissant and she was sure it was so wouldn't change it, demanded my 2 cents again. Before returning to my car in the pouring rain for 2 cents I asked if it's possible I really would rather have an English muffin for the sandwiches. I came back and straight away gave that 2 pennies to the cashier. When my order was up, I asked if she (different girl than the cashier) put it on English muffins and she no they cost more. This a perfect example of "do as little as possible and still have a job". This is not customer service. Attached is a screenshot which does not say that it has to be a croissant."
