"The owner and people who work at the store have always been helpful and respectful .I have been a customer at the store for many years. Recently a young boy who is probably related to the owner has began working there and has been insulting and disrespectful to me on three occasions. I will no longer purchase any items at this store in the future. I believe this young boy needs to learn proper customer service and respect for people."
"Terrible. No return policy for vapes is ridiculous. Guy said he is keeping my money and can’t do anything about it. Never once mentioned anything about trying the vape and the no return policy before I walked out the door with a not working vape. But knows all about it when you try to return it. This establishment knowingly sells broken products and doesn’t even warn the customers verbally. He said there are signs but none in main view. Hand written notes he says by the way, not even official signs. These people are thieves and no one should ever buy from this spot again. To straight up tell someone we are taking your money and there is nothing you can do about it is pathetic. Terrible customer service. Rude and condescending."
"I have to say I love this place. I am not one to leave reviews. I live close by and have recently shopped here more often because of the craft beer you now carry! I have to say I LOVE the woman that wears the face shield thing. I asked about her red, white and blue nails a couple of weeks ago and she mentioned that “we are all Americans and this is my little reminder that we should be proud” Several times it was pretty busy but she always greets the customers and makes a joke when the line is long. I find her customer service skills incredible! I don’t always hear what she says but when someone is complaining about a price or something the store is out of or even something about their day, the person always seems to leave with a smile and I see her smiling.She is always polite, friendly, smiling but also professional and gets through the crowd pretty quickly. She seems to know almost everyone and I am definitely going to introduce myself because she also greets most everyone by name and I want to be one of those people. Great job!"
