"For many years, I have shopped at Vintages, counting on them to always provide the best and unique wines from Europe. To say my wine knowledge has expanded from their deep selection and knowledge of the producers is a vast understatement. Regardless of your price range, they are clearly the best shop in this region, and dare I say, in any place I have been to in the US. Further, when I have a question about a grape, a vintner's process or inquire about some obscure wine I have read about, I am never let down by their desire to provide what they know and give the best experience to help me find what I am looking for. Bottom line, its a precious gem of a shop run by a wonderful person who cares about their clients."

"Stopped into this wine store last week. I asked the woman working there if they carried natural wines and my question was met with an eye roll and a sigh. She then asked me if I knew what I meant by asking that because there's no such thing as natural wine. I then stated I would be interested in a bottle that has no added sulfites and I received another condescending response of "you know there's sulfites in wine naturally, right?" which I do know. I am no beginner when it comes to wine. At that point I had had enough of her rudeness and said I would find something myself. The only reason I stayed and purchased something is because I was pressed for time and wouldn't be able to stop somewhere else. It's unfortunate that I had this experience. It was a nice little store and their selection was excellent. I will never go again and I don't suggest anyone else should, unless you enjoy being treated like a neophyte wasting the employee's time."

I ordered a local delivery for some friends and family in Concord, and Megan (unsure of the spelling; sorry if that’s incorrect!) did an amazing job wrapping and presenting the wines—and delivered exactly when they said they would. A truly exceptional experience from start to finish."
