"Ordered no Onions on burger , came loaded with them , got a chicken sandwich that was so cold and dry must have been there for an hour , had to wait for first order for 14 minutes then another 13 for second order , they forgot the fries and also asked for sauce that we did not get , Worst McDonald's I've ever been to , definitely won't be returning"

"Lots of people at the register not getting helped due to the fact they do not know how to use the the big screen to order. Employees in kitchen yelling at each other. Do not get half of what you ordered. Over all would not recommend to anyone."

"Usually mess up our orders. Prices are no longer a value. Burgers are always thrown together sloppily. Customer service has practically disappeared since they started doing the kiosks inside. One of the worst McDonald's in the North country. Better off going to another establishment."

"The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They don't care about their work and quality of what they put out for food. Sandwiches are rarely put together but rather sloppily made, fries are usually cold and white looking they can be so old at times. The service is the worst, and my husband personally has experienced discrimination because of his long hair. We did file a complaint with corporate, and they kind of made it right or tried to by giving free food coupons. The only problem is that they can only be used at that specific one."

"The food is typically good here. And if something is wrong with your food, they will remake it without making a big deal about it. They also serve Hotcakes and Breakfast Burritos ALL DAY....which is great. I just wish that they told all of the employees about it, so that the new employees didnt have to ask the manager all the time. Overall a good place for a quick meal."
