"Just went in for a shower and the face towel was black as if it wasn't washed. I brought it up to the counter and informed Justin about it and he says people wipe their shoes with them. I told him then it should be thrown out and not be given to be used. Justin said and i quote" then i won't have any towels to give and you won't have a shower" then follows that comment with "its life man" and shrugs his shoulders. By far the worst experience i have had at a truck stop. Even the little mom and pop stops provided better service and hospitality than what was provided tonight. The worse customer service ever."
