"Love everything about the Distillery: the cocktails, the artisanal rum and gin, the projected Italian movie, and the ambiance. Ryan was generous with his time, poured us 3 exceptional cocktails (Aviation, Manhattan, Elderflower Gimlet), and shared the history of his craft. A must do. Open on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, so plan accordingly -- you won't be disappointed."
