"Jim had our UHaul all ready to go! Recommended that we come back and have the tow dolly attached abs our minivan secured on it once the UHaul was loaded, which we did. Just all-around super helpful!"
"Reserved a 26 foot truck but when I showed up they had rented it out the day before and didnt tell the customer they had it rented for the next day. They let the customer keep it so I had to drive 35 miles to the next location and they only had a 20 ft truck available. Not worth the stress or my waste in time and gas I spent to rent a smaller truck. Poor customer service! Was told when you make a reservation in a perfect world your truck will be available! Not a good experience at all!"

"I rented a utility trailer from Jims auto. When I went to pick up the trailer I found that my truck lights were not working properly to tow the trailer. Jims auto made an appointment to fix my truck within an hour. They fixed everything, hooked the trailer up and it worked perfectly. Very nice crew over there that does good work. Definitely recommend them."
"I can't speak highly enough of Jim's Auto Care. I was recently stranded 500 miles away from home with my car making an awful noise. I called them and they were able to take my car in immediately. The mechanic, Chad, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, quick and fixed my car so I was able to safely commute the 8 hours home without any issue. I've never received service like this before and would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. I only wish they were closer to I could bring in my cars to them more frequently!"
