"I’m from Connecticut and this is, without a doubt, the nicest Dunkin staff I’ve ever seen. The gentleman who took my order was so friendly and kind."
"Just got charged $51 for my $34 order because the staff can't pay attention. The man at the window started shoving all the food from the $51 order into my window as I was saying that's not mine. Apparently they can't take back food that has already gone through the window. A lady came over to give me a refund and only gave me $11 when it should have been $17. As I was driving away the man at the window threw a straw through my window. Incompetent employees who can't do simple math or get orders correct. VERY RUDE. We locals and this happens often."
"Hey guys, I know there are twice as many people in the area demanding breakfast. I had to wait 20 minutes for my online order (1 latte) and it came out wrong. Didn’t have another 20 min to wait but not a great way to start the day. My usual latte is about 5 shades darker, tasted like straight almond milk."
