"Haven't been here in several years, so the expansion and reconfiguration was quite the surprise. They offer a wide selection of wines and liquors, helpful staff and very good pricing. The barcode labels often include any ratings the wine has received too to help guide decisions if you're unsure. Worth the stop if you're in the area"

"Have been shopping here for years. Love the place as far as prices go and the employees are usually very helpful. Decided to try using the online shopping app seeing as there were a couple of items I needed for Christmas weekend. Placed my order the night before because I was going to stop on my way home seeing as we live 20 miles away. Got to the store the next afternoon and picked up my order. They were busy but the wait was not bad, what I would expect this time of year. They brought my order out with the box all taped up which was great because there were some taller bottles. Got home and opened up my box and the one item(Mozart chocolate liqueur ) was not in the box. Called the store and spoke to one of the employees who told me they would tell the manager and he would check it out. No phone call that night but I did not think they would as it was close to closing time. Waited to hear from them the next day till about 1. I called them again and was told they would have to check their video cameras to see what happened. They told me they wouldn’t do anything at that time. If it was something that I could have gone without fine. It was something that was needed and would possibly sell out. Would not put a manager on the phone. Had to drive back to the store where I once again asked about my item. Told me they were to busy to check on it. But I have to make time to drive back and pay for an item again that I already paid for. Apparently all of the managers were to busy to address the problem. So basically if they already have your money they don’t care and will get to it at their convenience. Maybe I will get my money back, maybe not. They seem to care until you pay. Really not happy, out time, gas and money at the moment."

"The wine and liquor prices are fantastic as the holiday season approaches, we like to have something for everyone on hand at home! The store is extremely neat and clean. Staff was around to ask if help was needed and if we were finding everything okay. Also with a long line they worked through it really quickly. Thank you all! Wonderful place, happy holidays!"

"Empire Wine is a warehouse liquor store with a great selection of wines and spirits; whatever you're looking for, they probably have it. The staff seems to be hit or miss with the folks on the floor being a bit more helpful and friendly than the cashiers. We've gone in with questions about scotches and whiskeys and have been referred to their 'experts' who appear to know what they're talking about. They speak with the knowledge of having tried many of the different bottles and offer some great insight into the differences between brands and individual bottles. Many of the sales folks, however, seem disengaged with customers and more interested in conversing amongst themselves. They're inconsistent with their policies such as some insist on scanning each bottle even if they're the same whereas others do not. I used my own canvas bag as my shopping cart for months, taking out the bottles at the counter, and only recently did one tell me I'm not allowed to do that. I like consistency and I like being able to use my own 'shopping cart'. Overall, it's a good store with decent prices. And the conveyor belt delivery system is pretty fun to watch while waiting in the checkout."
